Sam Parlatore
Founding Lawyer
After graduating from law school in 2006 and completing his articling position, Sam joined the prominent Niagara-based personal injury law firm Graves and Richard Professional Corporation, Personal Injury Lawyers, in 2008. Since that time, he has focused his entire legal career in the area of personal injury law. During his time at Graves and Richard, over 13 years, he was an integral part of championing the growth of the firm to become the largest personal injury law firm in the Niagara Region. In January 2022, Sam founded Parlatore Law, where he continues to represent clients throughout Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Welland, and the surrounding Niagara Region.
Professional Experience
Sam works on injury cases of all types, from soft tissue injuries and fractures to traumatic and catastrophic brain injuries. He has extensive experience handling cases involving traumatic and catastrophic brain injuries, motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, long-term disability claims, and other serious personal injury matters. He focuses on resolving cases while minimizing the stress of litigation for his clients and their families. Sam has honed his negotiation skills, and his ability to achieve favourable outcomes through strategic negotiation is considered one of his greatest strengths.

Keegan Sweitzer
Upon graduating from Ridley College, Keegan enrolled at Brock University where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). Following this, he pursued and subsequently received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Niagara University in Niagara Falls, New York.
Professional Experience
In April 2022, Keegan joined Parlatore Law to lead the Real Estate and Estates Practice Group. Keegan is currently a member of Lincoln County Law Association, the Welland County Law Association and the Niagara Falls Bar Association, of which he currently holds the office of Treasurer. He assists clients with real estate matters, wills, and powers of attorney, providing practical guidance and attention to detail throughout the legal process.

Dionne Chambers
Dionne graduated law school in 2004, and articled at the Niagara-based personal injury law firm of Graves and Richard where she practiced personal injury law alongside Sam Parlatore following her call to the bar. Dionne is very excited to have joined Paratore Lawyers and to be practicing alongside Sam once again.

Dionne is experienced in resolution of claims for clients with a wide range of serious injuries, including amputation, brain injury, psychological trauma and complicated fractures. She has excelled while advocating for her clients on cases requiring close insight into her clients’ experiences and needs.
