Sam Parlatore was born and raised in the Niagara Region. After graduating from law school in 2006 and completing his articling position, Sam joined the prominent Niagara-based Personal Injury law firm Graves and Richard Professional Corporation, Personal Injury Lawyers in 2008. Since that time, he restricted his practice to personal injury law exclusively. During his time at Graves and Richard, for the last 13 years, he was an integral part of championing the growth of the firm to the largest personal injury law firm in the Niagara Region.
After the retirement of managing partner Christopher Richard and original firm founder Ted Graves, Sam opened his own personal injury law firm Parlatore Law Professional Corporation on January 1, 2022. In addition to representing victims suffering from all types of personal injuries, Sam now manages his own firm along with his skilled and knowledgeable law clerks Alicia Dumoulin and Claire Jacques, who have worked for over 13 years exclusively in personal injury law.
Sam has strong personal and professional ties to the Niagara community. He is focused on helping local accident victims obtain the compensation they deserve for their accident related injuries. He prides himself on the knowledge that his clients are satisfied with the results of his work in obtaining fair compensation for their injuries.
Sam works on injury cases of all types from soft tissue injuries to fractures to Traumatic and Catastrophic Brain Injuries. He has extensive experience in handling cases involving Traumatic and Catastrophic Brain Injuries. He focuses on resolving cases while minimizing the stress of litigation for his clients and their families. Sam has honed his negotiation skills and it is considered one of his greatest strengths. He communicates openly and clearly with his clients, and is easily accessible to them.
In addition to managing Parlatore Law, Sam is consultant for the Law Plus program at Brock University, where he assists with with program development, mentorship and offers insight to aspiring law students with his annual public speaking events. He is also a long time Director for the Canadian Italian Business Professional Association (CIBPA Niagara), a member of the Lincoln County Law Association and member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
