Born in St. Catharines, raised in Fonthill and practicing in Niagara Falls; Keegan is rooted in the Niagara Region. Upon graduating from Ridley College, Keegan enrolled at Brock University where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). Following this, he pursued and subsequently received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Niagara University in Niagara Falls, New York.
Following his graduation, Keegan worked locally in family business, as well as with a provincial financial institution. The intermingling of business with law fascinated Keegan and before long he found himself pursuing a new professional path.
In September of 2015 Keegan uprooted and moved to the United Kingdom to begin studying law at the University of Exeter. While in Exeter, Keegan took advantage of travelling the United Kingdom and Europe and gained valuable life and cultural experiences.
Upon graduating from law school, Keegan articled with a large local firm and in September 2019 he worked as an associate at another local firm, where he gained valuable experience in real estate and estates law.
In April 2022, Keegan joined Parlatore Law to lead the Real Estate and Estates Practice Group. His primary areas of practice are real estate, estates and personal injury litigation.
Keegan is currently a member of Lincoln County Law Association, the Welland County Law Association and the Niagara Falls Bar Association, of which he currently holds the office of Treasurer.
In his time away from the office, Keegan especially loves spending time with his son Sebastian, his friends and family. When not at home or the office, Keegan can likely be found enjoying his lifelong passion for sports and the outdoors.
